This project implemented in the seven sub-district of northern part of Bangladesh where we set-up our goal that Community people especially women and marginalized groups are enjoying their human rights with safety & dignity. to touch the goal we implement various events on depend to achieve the objective through fulfill our indicator. The objectives are - 1. Women of the CBOs claim and exercise their rights and entitlements, including accessing services and participating in decision-making. 2. Women and youth in the project area improve their socio-economic status within their households and communities. 3. Young people in the project area are empowered and actively contribute to increase the awareness regarding climate impacts, resilience, and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR).This project directly handle with 9755 number and indirectly 48775 number of community people where women are play vital role with making the male sensitive towards women empowerment and develop 35 CBO, 35 Ideal village, 70 women club, 50 youth/student forum to make their achievement sustainable.

This project implemented under Sadar, Birgonj, Khanshama & Parbotipur Upazilas of Dinajpur district and Sadar Upazila under Nilphamari and Sadar & Joypurhat Upazila under Joypurhat district

1. Community Based Organisation Strengthening Approach for building and strengthening community-led organizations.

• Formation and facilitation of CBOs, women’s clubs, Ideal Villages, and student forums.
• Emphasis on local ownership and sustainability.
• Establishment and strengthening of women’s clubs.

2. Facilitation and Capacity-Building Approach to empower community to lead their own development processes

• Training and mentoring community members, women, and youth.
• Developing leadership, organizational, and empowerment capacities.

3. Women’s Empowerment and Social Inclusion Approach for male engagement.

• Promoting gender-responsive practices and rights-based awareness.
• Focus on women empowerment increase male participation and leadership developed by the project intervention.
• Increase male engagement and aware them on women and human righrts.

4. Ideal Village / Integrated Community Development Approach for model-based community transformation

• Supporting families to meet defined criteria to become “Ideal Villages.”
• Holistic development across social, environmental, and governance areas.

5. Youth and Student Engagement Approach for SRHR and climate awareness.

• Mobilizing students (boys and girls) for:
  • SRHR awareness
  • Climate resilience
  • Gender-responsive attitudes from early stages.

6. Technology- Target community aware on ICT.

• Use of technology and mobile-based services for:
  • Agriculture
  • Livestock
  • Health

7. Networking and System-Linkage Approach for linking communities with institutions and services for sustainability

• Strengthening relationships with:
  • Local government
  • Legal-aid services
  • Formal service systems.

• Rights-Based and Resilience Approach for resilience, and social justice as cross-cutting themes
