To further accelerate women's development and empowerment, it is essential to highlight women's achievements, struggles, and growth to the entire nation. The special program titled 'Joyeeta Anneshone Bangladesh' identifies winners from various fields of society, giving them due respect, recognition, and inspiration. This instills confidence among all women in society, encouraging them to strive for success. By overcoming obstacles, women will advance, leading to the balanced development of the country through the creation of a gender-equal society.
Since the fiscal year 2013-2014, Pollisree's field-level beneficiaries have been recognized in various categories, with a total of 95 “JOYEETA” winners:
Women who have achieved financial success: 28 individuals
Women who have achieved success in education and employment: 9 individuals
Successful mothers: 11 individuals
Women who have overcome the stigma of oppression and started a new venture:
17 individuals
